The Locauto Rent app provides the ability to activate your profile at no cost, enabling fully self-service rentals and the convenience of vehicle access without visiting the rental desk.

Select your preferred vehicle and, through a straightforward process, open the car doors directly from the app to commence your rental. Additionally, you can conclude your rental agreement via the app, eliminating wait times and queues at the counter.

HOW ELEFAST WORKS

1. Download the Locauto Rent app and register free of charge with Elefast by entering your personal information, uploading your identity document, and providing your driving license details. You will then have the option to activate your profile with assistance from a remote Locauto operator directly via your mobile device.
2. Log in, choose your pickup location and rental dates, and select a vehicle marked for “Elefast.” You can add extra services or coverage options before completing your reservation through a few simple steps and prepaying for your rental.
3. Proceed with a deposit for security purposes directly within the app. Once finalized, the app will display the assigned vehicle's license plate number and model.
4. Validation of personal data is required only during your first rental. This involves contacting an operator or presenting your identity document and driving license to a Locauto Rent staff member during operational hours.
5. For subsequent rentals, you can access the vehicle directly from the designated parking area without further profile validation. Simply open the car with a tap on the app, start it using the keys located in the door, and begin your journey.
6. The vehicle return is entirely self-service: park in one of our designated Locauto Rent parking spaces, follow instructions within the app, leave the keys in the car door, close the vehicle with a tap, and conclude the rental agreement independently.
